Step 2 After this, wash vegetables like carrots, cabbage, capsicum, potatoes and beans and cut them into small sizes. Finely chop the onion and tomato. Also, peel and wash the ginger and grate it. Grind tomatoes and keep puree.

Step 3 Now to cook rice, offer water in a big pot on high flame on the gas. As soon as the water boils, add all the spices, salt and rice in it. Allow it to cook for five minutes and immediately filter out all the water. Now wash the cooked rice with cold water, leave it in the sieve for five minutes so that the excess water comes out. Now spread the cooked rice, spread it on a plate and pick out the standing spices.

Step 4 Now put a pan on the gas and add milk to it and heat it a little and put saffron in it. Add yogurt and rose water to it.
